Most faults are small and fixed on site. A snapped cord or a worn part may need a new component, and we tell you that from the photo.

Keep the tracks clean
Most stuck pleated screens are simply dirty. Wipe the tracks with a dry cloth once a season and go over the pleats with a vacuum brush.
Before a shamal, fold the screen back into its cassette.

A cheap pleated screen can cost more to repair than to replace. We take screens from other installers too, when parts are available.

What our clients say
The existing nets had holes from sun damage. They replaced them with UV-resistant mesh that should last much longer.
We wanted nets that wouldn't block the view too much. They installed very fine black mesh that's almost invisible from inside. Perfect.

Why is my pleated screen stuck?
Almost always sand and dust in the tracks. Clean them with a dry cloth and a vacuum brush. If it still sticks, send us a photo.
Can a snapped cord be replaced?
Yes. Send a photo of the fault and we tell you the price before we come.
How much does re-meshing cost?
From 200 AED for standard mesh, 300 AED for metal and 350 AED for aluminium.
