How pets ruin a net
A cat hooks its claws in and climbs. A dog paws and pushes with its nose at the door it wants to go through. Both open a thin thread from the bottom up.
Pet mesh uses a much thicker thread in a coating, so claws slide off instead of tearing through.

Honest downside

Will my cat really not tear it?
The thick coated thread is made so claws do not open it. That is the whole point of this mesh.
Is it good for dogs too?
Yes, on the door a dog paws and pushes. It takes paws as well as claws.
Will it stop my cat falling off the balcony?
No. A mosquito net is not fall protection, whatever the mesh.
Do I need it on every window?
No, only on the openings your pet reaches. The rest can stay standard at 350 AED per m².
