Top-down mosquito net for small windows
On a small window the sides are often taken by tiles, cabinets or the frame itself. Vertica keeps its cassette at the top, so the sides stay free.
Unlike a fixed frame screen, it never has to come out to wash the glass: the mesh simply goes up out of the way.

Mesh in Vertica has a 0.8 × 0.8 mm cell, like all our pleated screens.
Where Vertica works in a home
The bathroom window above the tub, where you cannot reach the side of the frame. The kitchen window behind the tap. A small ventilator high in the wall.
In each case a handle at the bottom edge is easier to reach than one at the side, and the mesh folds away when you open the window.

Before you send the photo
Check that the window handle does not stick out into the opening, and that the reveal around the window is clear of tiles or trims.
Take one photo straight on and one from the side, so we see the depth. Put a tape measure in the frame for scale.
Honest minus
Vertica is for small rectangular openings; for a large window or a door, Uno or a fixed frame is better. Dust settles in the pleats, so vacuum them now and then.

Which screen for a bathroom or kitchen ventilator?
PVL Vertica. It opens top-down and needs no room at the sides.
Where does the cassette sit?
At the top of the opening. The mesh folds up into it.
Vertica or a fixed frame screen?
If you open the window often, Vertica: the mesh goes up and never has to come out. For a window you rarely touch, a fixed frame is simpler.
Is Vertica better than a roller for a small window?
There is no spring inside, so nothing snaps back or wears out. The mesh folds rather than rolls.
Can the frame match my window colour?
Yes. Painting the profile to your colour is 250 AED per running metre.
