Warranty terms for our mosquito nets
Every screen we make and fit has 5 years of warranty on the frame, 2 years on the mechanism and 2 years on the installation. We build on Italian components. If something goes wrong, send a photo on WhatsApp and we come to look.

Why 5 years on the frame
We build on Italian components. They hold up in Abu Dhabi heat, sun and salt air, so we can stand behind the frame for 5 years.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty is about defects in what we made and how we fitted it. Damage from outside is repaired at the price list rate.
- Mesh torn by a cat, a dog or a sharp object
- Damage from flying debris in a sandstorm
- Screens removed, moved or refitted by someone else
- Screens installed by the owner
Questions and answers
My cat went through the mesh. Is that covered?
No, that is damage from outside. Re-meshing costs from 200 AED, and pet-resistant mesh, from 800 AED per m², holds claws better.
Do I need the original invoice?
It helps, but the name and phone number of the order are usually enough for us to find it.
Will you re-mesh a frame you did not make?
Often yes, from 200 AED. Send a photo first, and we say what we can do and what we can guarantee.
