Quotations and measurement

A price by photo is an estimate. The exact price comes after measuring, because every opening is made to size.

Measuring is free in Abu Dhabi. For other emirates the manager names the visit terms before the trip.

Placing a mosquito net order

After measuring we send the list of screens, sizes, mesh and price on WhatsApp. The order is placed when you confirm it there in writing.

Prices and payment

Prices follow our current price list in AED. Standard mesh starts from 350 AED per m². Payment terms are written in the order confirmation before manufacture starts.

Manufacture and lead times

Screens are made to your measured sizes. We name the fitting date when we confirm the order, and tell you straight away if anything changes.

Delivery, returns and replacements

Delivery and installation are included in the price.

Every screen is made to the size of your opening, so a finished screen is not returnable. If a screen does not fit because of our mistake in measuring or making it, we replace it at our cost.

If you order by your own measurements and the screen does not fit, we do not take responsibility for the fit.

Mosquito net installation and access

Please make sure we can reach the openings and, in a tower, that building management allows the work on the agreed day.

After fitting we show how each mosquito net works. Warranty: 5 years on the frame, 2 years on the mechanism, 2 years on the installation.

Changes and cancellation

Until manufacture starts you can change or cancel the order free of charge. Screens already made to your sizes cannot be used elsewhere, so cancelling then is agreed case by case.
