How a sliding mosquito net works
The mesh sits in a light aluminium frame on top and bottom rollers. The rollers run in the spare channel of the track you already have.
Your glass panels keep working as before. Open the window, slide the screen across; want the view, push it aside.

Open the glass and look at the track. If there is an empty channel beside the panels, a sliding screen fits there.
No free channel? Then a pleated mosquito net fits better: it has its own low flat bottom track and folds to the side.
