The track is low, not absent
A pleated net still has a bottom track. Someone who shuffles should try it at the survey, and sand left in the track makes the net heavier to move.
When the mosquito net starts to drag
A heavy net usually means sand in the track or a cord that needs adjusting. The mechanism is guaranteed for 2 years, and so is the installation.

Can a wheelchair cross the bottom track?
The track is low and flat, far easier than a raised sill. Tell us about the wheelchair or walker at the survey, and we check the doorway with it in mind.
Is a pleated net heavy to open?
No. The folded mesh is light and the leaf moves with a gentle push. Sand in the track is what makes it heavy, so keep it brushed.
Can the net stay open all day?
Yes. It folds into a narrow cassette at the side and stays there until someone pulls it closed.
What if the handle breaks?
A replacement handle costs 50 AED. Send a photo of the broken one on WhatsApp.
